These materials are so present in our lives that they have become indispensable. But they are meant to be more and more expensive over the next few years due to the rarefaction of the resources. Therefore it is legitimate to try to find other ways of producing them. 
Back in the days, casein (milk) plastic was largely used to produce various objects. When oil based plastics appeared they started to be less popular because they costed more. Yet, now that oil is worth 3 times the price of milk, it is logical to try to revive this material. 
Today dairy farms are the keepers of their region’s identity, anything they produce wether it is milk, cheese, butter, cream or yoghourt are evidences that things can remain simple, honest and authentic. This huge cultural content is a force that other plastics cannot compete with. A plastic produced through these ways would also benefit from this good reputation.
To carry on this project I am currently looking for a partner/dairy farm that could help me produce this plastic under the form of various objects. This collaboration should be seen by the dairy farms as an experiment to extend their businesses by investing a new market. 
The process of making this plastic is somewhat similar to the process of cheese making and could easily be produced by a dairy. And would require no further equipment.
